NSL will require you to submit certain pieces of work by way of E-Submission. Such work would be checked against plagiarism and you would be held responsible for any breach of intellectual property rights resulting out of your submissions.
By applying to NSL, you confirm that you have no pending criminal convictions. If this is not the case you must notify NSL prior to enrolment so that it can be considered whether such convictions are compatible with admission to NSL and, in particular, with a place on your programme. For some programmes disclosure of spent convictions may also be required, as specified by Admissions. If you commit an offence whilst you are a student, this will need to be declared to NSL as it may affect your enrolment.
It is your responsibility to make sure your tuition fees and all other expenses relating to your programme are paid. The tuition fees will be as stated in relevant documentation and as reviewed and revised each academic year. From acceptance of online enrolment by NSL, you are bound by the NSL’s regulations on the payment of fees, refunds in the event of withdrawal from your studies and the consequences of non-payment, as amended from time to time.
You will also be liable for any fees payable for all incidental expenses such as examination fees, travelling expenses and other course costs such as bench fees, unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.
When making any payment to NSL, it is essential that you let us know what the payment relates to (for example application fee, tuition fee, admission costs, library fee etc.). This is to enable NSL to correctly allocate your payment against your various accounts. If you do not tell us what a particular payment relates to we will try to contact you at the address, email address or telephone number you have provided to ascertain what the payment relates to.

Students who wish to withdraw after the course has commenced, can do so in the following way:
A written request for the same has to be made to the NSL Office for the request to be considered. If, for some reason, NSL is unable to run a course, all fees paid will be refunded in full.
You should address any complaints to the Coordinator at info@nsl.ac.in. For complaints confidential or grave in nature, you may write directly to the Director at director@nsl.ac.in. You may also send communication to the NSL office at the registered office address.
If you are employed with an organization that is a member of the Consortium for Global Leaders, you are eligible for a CGL Scholarship on your tuition fee. To avail such scholarship, please attach a scanned copy of your Employee ID Card or a letter from the HR Department confirming your employment with the organization at the time of application.
An original letter of authority from your sponsoring organization or the individual sponsoring you must be presented to NSL within 4 weeks of the commencement of your studies, if not presented at the time ofenrolment. Failure to do so will result in you being liable for the full fee.
Indian citizens under the economically backward category or physical disability category need to send a scanned copy of proof of economic backwardness or physical disability as issued by the Government of India at the time of application to avail such scholarship. However, offering Scholarships is completely at the discreetion of the institution.
Candidates from the Indian Defense Forces Category, Sports Personnel who have represented their nation in any form of sports and economically challenged meritorious women from across the globe need to attach their proof of being from that category as per acceptable Government regulations. However, offering Scholarships is completely at the discreetion of the institution.
Your rights and obligations under this Agreement will end automatically, subject to your rights of internal appeal and your obligation to pay Fees, if your studies with NSL are terminated as a result of:
If you are expelled or dismissed from NSL or other organisation which you are required to attend or be a member of as part of your programme, NSL may end this Agreement immediately by written notice to you communicated to your email address.
In addition, NSL may end this Agreement by written notice to you in the following circumstances:

I declare that the information given by me is correct and that I have no pending criminal convictions. I undertake to pay all fees and miscellaneous expenses relating to my programme/module of study not paid for by the Student Loans Company or my sponsor and promise to pay in accordance with the terms and conditions of payment. I understand that amounts paid and/or payable by me will be checked by NSL and I undertake to pay any shortfall within 14 days of demand by the NSL.
I acknowledge that NSL is entitled to refuse to enrol me if I am indebted to it. I agree to be bound by the Conditions of Entry and NSL Regulations for Students and programme/module regulations. I agree that it is my responsibility to ensure that I am familiar with conditions of entry, the handbooks and all applicable regulations and to become acquainted with them. I shall be bound by the Participation Agreement and the other notices.
