We want every Indian to lead a dignified and peaceful life. We want India to have a respectable place and play a leading role on the world stage. Who will build the developed India of our dreams? We extend our hand to you. Let’s LEAD INDIA to the top of the world.

Lead India is a national initiative directed towards empowering folks from Rural India (REAL INDIA) with the Leadership Skills that can change lives and help in upliftment of society and standards of living.

Through short-term leadership training camps and workshops in remote villages in India, some of the greatest Leadership Gurus and Students at National School of Leadership join hands in imparting life changing leadership skills.

Through the Lead India program, our students also play the role of Leadership Mentors for villagers with the zeal to take REAL INDIA to where new Leaders breed and expand.

During these workshops, apart from practical trainings, some of our lectures are translated into the local language spoken in the village with the help of our students and screened. Our students, who speak the local language, help the village folks by mentoring them towards acquiring new leadership skills to excel beyond their own imaginations.

National School of Leadership aims at ensuring inclusive growth and sustainable livelihood for millions of rural youth and children.

Within the next decade, the average age of India's population will dip to under 30, and a remarkable four-fifths of these young Indians are optimistic about their future, and the future of their children.

Against expectations, the most aspirational and optimistic youth are to be found in India's small towns and villages - places that have benefited least from the country's two decades of rising GDP.

A more inclusive India would give the country a greater authority as it seeks a more prominent place in the world. And it would do much to justify the vast reservoir of optimism among India's young rural folks.

Let our love for India speak. Open your hands in favour of real India and prove what we could personally offer to the country by empowering the rural youth, by teaching them to lead by choice.
