Having been a part time autorickshaw puller, a bartender, a disastrous DJ known to mix heavy metal music with Indian folk, a slum school teacher who started the Lead India school for the slums of Mall Road, Delhi, where all beggers never took up begging again till today, Dr. Satasuryaa started off as an ethical hacker and vulnerability assessor at the age of 18 and went on to start the first focussed leadership institution of India.
Some of his experiences include multiple leadership positions he held in large corporations including being Vice President at Boston Analytics and Country Head GSS at Capgemini FS SBU. He started India operations for SiezeWorks, an MNC based out of California, US, and headed International Operations for the organization. SiezeWorks grew multiple-fold within a few months and later, got acquired by Fishnet. Dr. Satasuryaa was also a Technology Consultant at Patni during the early days of his career. As a passion towards Responsible Leadership, Dr. Satasuryaa has been on the board of 14 leading organizations and has mentored over 50 start-ups in making it big in the global scenario.
In 2012, Dr. Satasuryaa has been honoured with the prestigious National Educational Leadership Award by Dr. Annapurna Mishra, Honorable Mayor of Delhi. He has also been awarded with the prestigious research title IARS Pearl 2013 by International Association of Research Scholars, Australia, an affiliate of the Australian National Library, for contribution to excellence in Research. He has also been honoured with G&C Person of the Year 2013 for his contribution to innovative education.
Leadership Twist: Dr. Satasuryaa is the architect behind the fun filled environment at NSL. Often a victim to mistaken identity, he was mistaken for a student of NSL in one of the public meetings he attended.
Lead - Fellow Support and Strategic Relations
Mrugesh is a natural networker and researcher known for his student mobilization skills during his college days. As a finance professional, Mrugesh worked the stock markets analysing businesses for investment decisions. A chance encounter led him to join the NSL team using his natural skills in handling fellow support and strategic relations, where he enjoys putting his networking skills and hunger for research to use. He is an MBA from Mumbai University and experienced by passion in organising and facilitating projects.
Leadership Twist: A self confessed internet addict, you will find Mrugesh wired in 24/7. Also being a bibliophile, if not online, you will find him huddled in a corner with a book in his hand!
Director - Operations
Having worked with leading communications consultancies and investor relations firms such as Adfactors, Comnescient Group (previously Blue Lotus), and Christensen IR, Parthajeet has a substantial record of having succesfully handled and executed holistic communications efforts for leading firms from both the national and global IT sphere, along with Healthcare, Infrastructure and other industries, and is an expert in conducting organizational operations and building brand presence for organizations. Parthajeet is an alumnus of the Xavier Institute of Communications, Mumbai.
Leadership Twist: Being a reserved person, Parthajeet has finally somewhat mastered the art of speaking, although doing so in public still scares him. With his focus on getting things done, he is the unofficial mute button for the NSL workfloor the moment he walks in.
